• We always endeavour to supply the ordered products in good condition.
• Kindly verify that the item ordered by you is as per your requirement at the time of placing your order. We are unable to accept returns from customers under any circumstances other than defects in products.
• In the unlikely event that the product is received with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we request you to inform us via email at info@simsonpharma.com or call us at +91-22-40068689 / 40148689 .
• Please read the details below to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience. We will do our best to replace approved claims for products damaged in transit or found to be defective. Only if a replacement is unavailable will a refund be processed.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All items purchased on simsonpharma.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. The only exception applies to products received in damaged or defective condition, provided that the issue is reported to us by email within the stipulated period.

Please do not accept any package that appears damaged or tampered with. In such cases, please return the package to the courier delivery person immediately. All customers are requested to inform us about any wrongly delivered products, products damaged in transit, or products with manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery to the customer's address.Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained

Grievance Redressal

Please send us an email at info@simsonpharma.com with a complete description of the issue being faced with the product. Including a few photographs or a short video showing the problem will greatly assist us in arriving at a faster resolution. You can also contact us at +91-22-40068689 / 40148689 .

We will investigate the issue and revert with an appropriate solution. You are requested to send the product back only after receiving a return authorization from us. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted or processed for refund.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Refunds will generally reflect in the customer's bank account within 15 working days, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway. The refund will be processed through the same payment mode used for the original transaction. Simson Pharma will make every reasonable effort to assist customers; however, we will not be responsible for delays caused by the bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway.

The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received by us in intact condition and has been properly examined and approved by our after-sales team.
